Get Movin' with Movement Activities. . .


Movement activities can be used to incorporate movement breaks to "get ready" for a focused activity or to provide a "brain break" at the beginning or end of each H5K Adventure.

These activities can be included, omitted or used solely to increase opportunities for movement. 

Look for the "running man" icon at the bottom of each Tour Guide Direction.

 

 

*Make sure the environment is clear of obstacles and there is direct supervision to ensure safety. 

 

Get Groovin' with Challenge Activities . . . 

Built-in Challenge Activities can be used to increase the level of difficulty and may incorporate advanced concepts such as ideation, motor planning, and sensory integration.  

These activities can be included or omitted depending on the level of difficulty you want to achieve.
