ORGANIZATIONAL TIPS

• Use the provided divided container to organize all of the small manipulatives such as button, pennies and beads. Store the larger supplies in a bag or container of your choice.
• There are several ways to keep the H5K Adventure Cards organized. Reusable tabs are provided in the kit which can be labeled to organize groups of cards such as 1-10, 11-20, etc., or to simply keep your place.
• Print out multiple copies of the H5K Adventure Stats Tracker Form to organize data and monitor progress for each student.
• Purchase a mini 3-ring notebook binder with page protectors to easily store and flip through the H5K Adventure Cards. This helps to visually see each card image and choose an adventure.
• The mini 3-ring binder can also be used as a slant board. See the "Picture Perfect Posture & Positioning ideas on pages 10-11 in the manual for details.

HOW TO MAKE AN ADVENTURE EASIER

• Substitute larger coins such as quarters or nickels in place of the pennies.
• Substitute clothespins instead of binder clips.
• Use putty or exercises bands with less resistance.
• Eliminate portions of the adventure and only complete the visual motor portions of the adventure represented by the "pencil" icon.
